Step into Vinyasa Flow: breath to each movement, meditative, mindfully sequenced. This series is for all students who are new to yoga or curious about this form of practice. We focus on using the breath, linking postures, and mindfulness to move us deeper into our experience. Not easy and like anything it takes practice. So just begin.
