Online private instruction

Deepen your practice, gain confidence, and receive guidance from a teacher to develop a practice tailored to your individual needs. Personal instruction is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Personal, private yoga lessons are the best way to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. You can work with the teacher of your choice or we can match a teacher to meet your expressed needs. We encourage ongoing personal yoga instruction outside of the classroom setting to maximize the benefits of yoga.

Personal instruction allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. When you work with a teacher one on one, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.

online yoga therapy

A yoga therapy session differs from a standard private yoga session. Yoga therapy empowers individuals to transform their health and wellness through yoga asana, mindfulness and breathing practices, self-care tools and lifestyle changes, while a private yoga session targets a student’s asana practice goals.

online yoga level I/II

Vinyasa Flow yoga link the postures (asanas) practiced in a regular Vinyasa class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a series. Vinyasa Flow classes feature asanas that are linked with the breath with very little rest between postures. This style relies on focusing the breath with movement to increase focus, strength, balance and flexibility. Vinyasa also incorporates use of drishtis, Sanskrit terminology, binds, longer holds, inversions and arm balances. The majority of the class is focused on linking breath with movement, but advanced postures may be workshopped throughout.

online Restorative yoga

Tough day? Treat yourself to a restorative yoga class, which is designed to melt away stress, improve sleep, and ease chronic pain. Restorative yoga is a receptive practice, with long-held poses, focused on calming the body's nervous system. Movements are slow, and the emphasis is on deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, and a great way to rejuvenate mind and body.
