Pilates & Yoga Retreat in Ireland | 2019

August 5th - August 9th

Reboot and Restore

Ireland-2.jpg

There lives within all of us a longing for decompression and relaxation. Should we awaken to the call, we often find that adventures across the vast and physical realms of the wild also lead us to the sacred and instinctual nature of our soul.

We invite you to step beyond the boundaries of your mat and into an adventure experience spanning radiant cliffs, ancient canyons and serpentine rivers.  This is where inner nurture meets nature.

We run our retreats with a simple aim – to soothe your body, mind and soul. Everything that’s included, from the accommodations that oozes comfort and a feeling of sanctuary, and the delicious gourmet meals with foods that are grown from the garden, to stunning views across rolling hills, have been chosen by us with this aim in mind.

The result? Five days of yoga, pilates and meditation that will help you explore and deepen your own practice under the expertise of our instructors. Five days of nutritious (and frankly, delicious) food to recharge your body and leave you feeling like your best self. Five days that you can start off with an invigorating pilates class and end by curling up in front of a log fire with a good book. The only downside of this escape is that it’s pretty hard to come back from.

What to Expect

Accommodations

The newly designed facility includes modern, media-free double or twin bed guest suites for complete relaxation. Nutritious snacks, alkaline Kangen water and lightly scented relaxation mists are available in all rooms to promote a restful sleep. The property is a serene space for internal reflection, self-discovery, meditation and complete relaxation.

Meals

Your body and soul will be nourished with delicious gourmet meals. The Chef designs meals that promote health and nutrition, while delighting your taste buds. Based on the philosophy that food is medicine, only quality ingredients are used and are chosen for seasonal & environmental appropriateness – many of which are grown in the back garden.

Activities

This week will have the perfect balance. We will offer yoga, pilates and meditation classes daily. You can also spend time doing optional activities offered by the facility like sound healing, massages, facials, angel readings and energy therapy for an additional fee. Or simply take time to yourself to walk the grounds, visit local areas, or just relax by the fire with a good book.

Tentative Schedule

We try to tailor the schedule to your goals but please know all classes are optional.  There are a variety of other classes and services the facility has to offer in which you're more than welcome to participate, for an additional fee. A full schedule will be sent out to all participants prior to departure for the retreat.

Also, please remember to pack accordingly.  Some of these activities will be outdoors, so bring your raincoat just in case...after all, it is Ireland.

We will provide transportation to and from the facility if needed, but if you would like to travel in early or stay later, we highly suggest taking the time to do so. We can provide information on hotels, excursions or activities upon request. You're already there, might as well see all the sights!
